Real estate agent system

Cloud based site with a built-in CRM system. All leads are saved with a search profile. When a new property is added, the system makes an automatic match with your leads and sends emails to all the leads which search matches the new property. For each property, you decide if you want to share the commision for that property or not As an option you can choose to partner with other agents, if you do that then your site will display both your properties and your partners properties. And likewise the partners will show your properties on their site. The customer will think that all the properties belong to the site he visited. This gives your properties a better exposure. It allows customers, who might never get near your shop, to browse your properties. When a partner adds another property, the system will match it with your leads and send the matching leads an email from you about the new property on the market. And likewise when you add a new property, all your partners matching leads will be informed of your new property. We have incorporated GDPR into the system, so any lead in the system will have links to see/edit their data. They have a ”to be forgotten” link. And also a link with the ”Right to data portability” which gives the lead all the data in the system related to that lead in a commonly used machine readable file. The system also includes a ”Access the market”, which is a backoffice search between all the properties which my customers would like to share. This allows the agent to quickly search for alternatives to present to a lead. Currently we support the following languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Swedish, Dutch and Danish. If you need other language let us know. As a part of the system there are options to customize the site per language, which means you can tell a different ”story” for each language. For example if the customer chooses french, you can have pictures/texts about how sunny it is and there are direct flights to Faro. If the customer chooses spanish then you put focus on how easy it is to drive here. For each house you can add unique selling points. Where you use pictures and text to highlight why the customer should buy this property.
